Than Van Nguyen

Than was born on July 14, 1944 in Cho Lon, Saigon,Vietnam to Tieu Thi Boi and Nguyen Phuoc Xuyen.

He attended Cao Thang Polytechnic High School Institution and Saigon University of Science. Than was married on September 6, 1969 to Le Vo Thi Toan. He worked as a Quality Assurance Detail Inspector for Aviall Aviation in Dallas, Texas for 32 years.

Than is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nguyen Thi Toan of Grand Prairie, Texas. Seven children: Nguyen Hieu Tam, Le Thi Tu Oanh, Le Thi Thu Thuy, Le Duc Son Bac, Le Duc Son Dong, Le Thi Doan Trang and Le Duc Son Tay. One brother: Nguyen Tan Ho of Hamburg, Germany. One sister: Vo Thi Hoa of Fountain Valley, California, 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Than was preceded in death by his parents, son Le Duc Son Nam and daughter Le Thi Bich Thoa.
