Stephen was born Aug. 13, 1954, in Louisville, Ky. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane, and his father, Alfred.
Survivors: His loving wife, Judy; children, Tori, Melissa and David; brothers, Kevin and Wayne; many nieces, nephews and other relatives; and his St. Andrew's family.
