He died March 24, 2021 at Arlington, Texas following a long illness due to complications from exposure to Agent Orange.
He graduated from Honaker High School in 1963 and immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force.
While stationed in Texas he met and married the love of his life, Sandra Bouldin. Following his service in Vietnam he and Sandra established their home in Texas, near Dallas. Ronny retired from Merchants Fast Motor Lines with thirty years of service. He enjoyed travelling, fishing and was an avid NASCAR and Rangers fan and always kept in touch with family all over the United States. He had a wonderful sense of humor and delighted in telling stories.
He was a member of South Park Baptist Church, 401 Warrior Trail, Grand Prairie, TX. 75052, where he will be remembered at a service on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 10:30 AM. Luncheon will follow the service at the church.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Sam Dave and Harvey Hale. He is survived by his devoted wife Sandra, a very special Granddaughter Zoe, many cousins, friends, nieces and nephews.
The funeral home of Bean-Massey-Burge, 2951 South Beltline Road. Grand Prairie, TX 75052 is serving the family.
Ronny's remains will be interred at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery with Military Honors at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, American Cancer Society or a charity of ones choice.
