A visitation for Peggy will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Inglewood Baptist Church, 1901 S. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Committal service will take place Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
Peggy was born February 1, 1933 in Yancey, Texas. She was a 55 year member of Inglewood Baptist Church of Grand Prairie.
Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Barney Tucker; brother, Fred Hardt, Jr.; sister, Idotha McCoy; and her parents.
Survivors: Son, Barney, Jr. and wife, Erin of Bedias, Texas; daughters, Collene Utley of Iowa; Delana Greenwood and husband, Dwayne of Mansfield, Texas and Nanette Strickland and husband, Reed of Alvarado, Texas; sisters, Maggie Hall, Delores Hall and husband, Henry and Doris Raney; grandchildren, Brian Crisp and wife, Chrissy, Brent Tucker, Mark Utley and wife, Samara, Candie Russell, Amber Watkins, Samantha Howell, Matthew Strickland and wife, Aubree and Ginger Reynolds; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
