I'd like to start off with what I'm grateful for. I'm grateful for my family. We are a tight group and they have been an incredible source of strength in these past few days and did the real work to make this service happen. Thank you!!!

I am also grateful that this room is filled with so many people that knew and cared for my mom. Seeing the LOVE and Support here for my mom and family is humbling and inspiring. Thank you for taking the time today to be here. It means a lot.

Mom was all about her family. She married once and had 3 kids- Jerry, Lana and Verna. She had 4 grandkids- Ruben, David, Martha & Bryce and had 7 great-grandkids- Eric, Joseph, Miranda, Daniel, Alex, Christian & Astrid-Aurora. She also had 5 nieces and nephews from her only sister, Dianna- Tony, Lori, Rhonda, Carl & Latisha.

She loved her kids, partying and living life her way. She loved her pets and friends just like they were a part of the family, and tried to help everyone. We were lucky to have such a great mother. Mama is with us today in our hearts. Words can't express how much she meant to me and my family.

I know she is watching us and is with us in spirit. Let us remember Mom as the carefree, loving, crazy person she was and celebrate the life of a great woman as we honor her memory today.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. A funeral service will take place Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75228.
