Mirtha R. Flores, 56, of Grand Prairie, TX departed January 7, 2014, under the care at Ashford Hall in Irving, TX.
Mrs. Flores was born in McAllen, TX on November 23, 1957 to Julian and Maria Rivera. Mrs. Flores was a homemaker while her husband was an employee for the City of Irving. Her interest included reading, family, and her dog Barnie. The survivors are as follows, her loving parents Julian and Maria Rivera, her devoted husband of over thirty years Alonzo G. Flores. In addition, her two children Christopher Flores, and her wedded daughter Melissa Silva & son-n-law Gabriel Silva following her two grandchildren, Helena and Samson Silva. Additional survivors are Mirtha's siblings, Julian Jr., Chuy, Freddie, Jaime, Miro, and Maricela. Mrs. Flores had countless others in her life that she shared memories with and she wishes to say thank you personally for your friendship and time spent at her side in time of need.
