Frances was born on December 14, 1928 to Clifford and Ruth Freeman in Norman, Oklahoma. She met her future husband, Printice Boss Crouch, at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and they married on August 26, 1946. The Navy moved them to Grand Prairie, Texas, and after retiring from the Navy, this community continued to be their permanent home.
Frances was a very special and kind person. She loved her family, and cooking and sewing for them. She also enjoyed raising flowers, especially roses, and reading.

Frances leaves behind four children, whom cherish the memory of a loving mother, including Joe Crouch and his wife, Tina, of Waxahachie, Texas; Larry Crouch and his wife, Sherry, of Middleton, Idaho; Phillip Crouch, and his wife, Brenda, of Mansfield, Texas; and Debra Sanchez and her husband, Tony, of Lexington Park, Maryland. “Grandma” had seventeen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, all of whom she loved unconditionally.
