Marisa Espindola

Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. Last week Marisa Espindola joined her heavenly family and gained her wings. Marisa at age 55, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Marisa was born September 1, 1966, in Laredo, Texas to Manuel Camacho Mendoza and Gloria Emma Paredes. She was a Christian mother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend.

Marisa was a compassionate spirit whose passion was caring for others. She always volunteered at her church St. Michael the Archangel and enjoyed cooking.

Marisa was one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. She opened her heart and her home to her nieces, nephews, and her children’s friends. She was the best grandma her grandchildren could ask for. Marisa was a second mother to so many. Her heart was pure, and she lived a luxurious life because she was loved by many. Marisa was the type of person who made you want to live life everyday to the fullest.

She was survived by her children Ronny Espindola, Tiffany Alvarado, and son-in-law Bruce. Grand-children Nathaniel, Noah, Jesse and Naylani. Her sisters and brothers-in-law, Lena Mendoza, Julie & Martin Delgado, Azeneth Mendoza, Gilda & Tony Gonzalez, Gloria & Adrian Charles, Bertha Valdez and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her father Manuel Camacho Mendoza, her brothers Manuel & Arturo Mendoza and nephew Jose Mendoza Martinez IV.

A rosary for Marisa will be held at 6:00 pm followed by visitation from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. A funeral mass will occur at 10:00 am on Tuesday October 26, 2021 at St. Michael the Archangel, 2910 Corn Valley Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. Interment will follow at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens in Grand Prairie, Texas.
