Hale, Margaret Bingham Funeral service will be on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Grand Prairie, TX. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 24, from 5-7 p.m. at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie, TX. Margaret had a great life. She was born in Alvarado, Texas to G.W. and Myra Bingham and moved to Grand Prairie in 1936 when G.W. purchased the majority interest in the Grand Prairie State Bank. Margaret was graduated from GPHS and went on to receive a bachelors degree from SMU and a Masters degree from E. Tx University. With that, she was a dedicated 38 years of her life to teaching school, most of that in Grand Prairie. In life and death Margaret has supported the First United Methodist Church of Grand Prairie where she was a member for over 70 years. She was a dedicated animal lover, bridge player, traveler, breast cancer survivor and a good friend to many. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Barley W. Bingham; and her first husband, Delbert M. Hale. She is survived by her husband, William C. Crymes; sister-in-law, Bebe Bingham; niece, Brenda B. Ward, husband Robert and their children Samantha and Bradley; nephew, Brian W. Bingham, wife Sandra and their children Bryce and Brooke; cousin, Milton Barley; dear friend, Phyllis Kuster and her loving Schnauzer of 11 years, Andrew. The family asked in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Grand Prairie, 122 N. Center Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
