Jose Martinez-Rivas, age 77, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Jose was born June 22, 1944 in Toledo, Durango, Mexico to Bonifacio Martinez and Carmen Rivas.

Jose was a faithful man who loved his family. He loved to spend time spoiling his nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Jose will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Funeral Mass will take place Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception, 610 NE 17th Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. A graveside service will follow at 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, 3001 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
