He is survived by his wife, Teodora Leal Ortiz, three daughters; Nora Leal Troxell, Irma Leal Ramos (son-in-law Roland Ramos), and Rosa Leal, four grandchildren; Natalie Ramos Arredondo (husband Zeke Arredondo), RJ Ramos, Ethan Troxell, and Sofia Troxell, and two great-grandchildren; Zoe Arredondo and Aidan Arredondo.
A visitation will take place, followed by a funeral service, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, Texas. A burial will occur at 1:00 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas.
