Survived by his wife Patricia Blubaugh, his children Michael Blubaugh, Raymond Blubaugh and wife Brooke Blubaugh, and Lisa Blubaugh, his 6 grandchildren Justin Blubaugh, Jestine Neorr, Kaden Neorr, Cole Blubaugh, Ashlyn Blubaugh, Devin Blubaugh and 2 step grandchildren Kelsi and Garret Parham and 1 great grandchild Kinsley Blubaugh.
