Billy was born on September 22, 1969 in Grand Prairie to Ross and Nellie Baldwin. He graduated from South Grand Prairie High School in 1988.
Billy loved life, and strived to make a good deal! He enjoyed doing the work, rather than paying someone else to do it. He loved spending time at his family farm taking care of the cows and the land. And we all know he loved spending time with his friends and going to the casino.
Billy is survived by his soul-mate Shelley Sugg, Step-children Delaina & Karl Feinauer, Micheal Needham, step-granddaughter Claire his mother Nellie Baldwin, brother Tommy Baldwin & his fiancé Diane Helms, nephew Samuel Baldwin & Girlfriend Cheyenne Longley, Niece Ashley Baldwin, great nieces Miranda, Olivia, and Cassidy, great nephew Jay, many aunts, uncles, & cousins.
He was proceeded in death by his father Ross Quincy Baldwin in 1999.
Billy has asked that a message be passed on to all his friends and family and that is “get your check-ups especially colonoscopy it might have saved his life.”
