Bill Miller

Services: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 25, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2910 Corn Valley Dr., Grand Prairie. Visitation 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, Rosary following at 7:00 p.m.Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home, Belt Line Road. Bill was born July 22, 1935 in Louisville, KY, to the late Edward and Rose (Dombroski) Miller. He married Virginia Wenner on Jaunary 14, 1962 in Tampa, Florida. Bill suprised Virginia by renewing their vows with family and friends at the same church in Florida for their 50th Anniversary. He commonly referred to them as "Batman and Robin". Bill served intelligence in the U.S. Army. He worked his life in Retail Sales, starting as Shoe Salesman for JC Penney while in High School and later as manager for Family Dollar and Dollar General. He loved telling stories, playing with his grandchildren, and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Patricia Thibodeau. Survivors: his wife, Virginia Miller; two daughters, Debbie Fannin and Dawn Roosth (David); granddaughters, Meaghan Fannin and Kassi Roosth; sister, Rosemary Donnelly; and his loving Chinese Pug, Cork.
