Aurora G. Castillo

Aurora was a wonderful wife and mother. She was stunningly beautiful, had a youthful sense of humor, and had an outgoing personality. Gardening, traveling, hosting parties, and feeding her hummingbirds were her favorite things. Her solitude was being surrounded by her children during the holidays and family gatherings. She was our solid foundation that kept our family together.

She was deeply loved by her family and friends: her husband Miguel Castillo, III; her children, Mary Lisa Trevino, Joe Fitchett, Frederick James Fitchett, Samson Fitchett, and Priscilla Michelle Fitchett-Monrroy; her sister, Rosa Fitchett; her brother, John Garcia (deceased); and her grandchildren, Joseph Fitchett, Vanessa Aurora Vega, Erik Bailey, Marissa Lynn Fitchett, Angelica T. Hope Garzes, Blain Fitchett, Christopher Michael Rodriguez, Jazmine Nicole Monrroy, Jordan Ismael Monrroy, Ruben Santiago Monrroy, Xavier Fitchett, Viviana Fitchett, and Neo Ceaser Fitchett.

Now she is in the outskirts of heaven watching down on her family.

A Memorial Service for Aurora will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
