She is preceded in death by her parents, Alva Mae Moses and Marion Balies Moses; and sister, Brandy Marie Marshall.
Angel is survived by her husband of 30 years, Timothy Williams, Sr.; her son, Timothy Williams, Jr., and his wife, Ashleigh; grandchildren, Timothy Williams, III and Romeigh Williams.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday June 8, 2023 at 10:00AM at the Funeral Home with interment to follow in Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, 3001 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052.
Serving as pallbearers are Weldon Bounds, Lowell Bounds, Sky Moses, Eric Luttrell, Tim Williams, Jr., Eddie Williams and Mason Williams.
