Andres began his profession as an auto mechanic. Eventually he became the owner/operator of Mayan Towing and Recovery. Andres married his wife Sandy on July 12, 2008.
Mr. Rodriguez was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Grand Prairie. He had a passion for playing softball, cornhole, and loved watching the Dallas Cowboys games. He was always a big supporter of his son’s boxing and he would help coach, as well.
Andres is survived by his wife; Sandy Rodriguez, his children; Andrea M. Rodriguez, Isabel D. Rodriguez, Russell Taylor III, Emily L. Rodriguez and Andrew J. Rodriguez, his parents; Andres Sr. and Dianna, and his siblings; Michael Ortiz, Juvencio Martinez, Jr., Carlos Cordero, Jr., Juan Cordero, Luis Cordero, Rachel Lentz, Oscar Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Gabriela Rodriguez, Fabiola Rodriguez, and Matthew Rodriguez.
A visitation for Andres will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. A funeral service will take place Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2910 Corn Valley Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. A committal service will follow at 2:30 PM at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, 3001 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
