Alvin served in the U.S. Air Force for four years during the Korean Conflict. He met his wife Sue while he was stationed in Roswell, New Mexico.
Alvin liked classic cars and antiques. He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Sue Rupe. Alvin is survived by son, Dale Rupe and wife Phyllis,
daughters, Talana Sexton and Roxanne Cornell, son, Rodney Rupe and wife Cari; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild;
2 brothers; 2 sisters; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
