She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed teaching at Inglewood Baptist Church from 1975 until her illness prevented it. One of her favorite pastimes was taking children to Six Flags and watching their smiles and hearing their laughter. She enjoyed traveling with her husband of 56 years in their RV across the U.S. and Canada several times throughout their lives.
She was preceded in death by son Ronnie and her parents.
Survivors: Her husband, Jerry; daughter, Lisa Frey; son, Donnie and wife, Paula; sister, Mary Durham; brothers, Vince, Robert and Ervin Pilgreen; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
