Johnny was born on January 10, 1963, to Frank Bullock and Neva Bullock Stephens, in Moab, Utah. Johnny lived in many places but always considered Moab his home. Johnny married Deborah Boroski in Moab, Utah in 1980. In 1982 they welcomed their daughter, Samantha. They later divorced. In 2012 he married Ming Bullock on the LaSal mountains in Utah. Johnny was a man of many trades, his most prominent being Head of Transportation (among other jobs) in Saudi Arabia, logging, and driving a semi. Johnny’s family was his pride and joy. He was the best son, brother, husband, dad, and papa. He loved his family more than life itself. He had many accomplishments, hobbies, and interests, including NASCAR, raising horses, and his mean BBQing skills. But his greatest achievement in life was his daughter, Samantha, she was his world. Then along came his grandkids and great-grandson. Johnny met no stranger and was a friend to all. He would have given the shirt off his back to anyone. Johnny was always joking, never did you talk to him without him making you laugh.
Johnny is survived by his wife, Ming, his daughter, Samantha, step-children Phanatda and Tanaphat, grandchildren Dakota, Shyann (Preston), and Clayton, great-grandson Ryder, his father Frank (Kathy), his mother Neva, brother Phillip (Dodie), sisters Loretta (Bong) and Tonya. Preceded in death by his step-father, Lloyd, and his sister, Bonnie.
A Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
