Monica Colleen DeKruger

Monica (Colleen) DeKruger of Clifton, Colorado passed away on October 2, 2022, from medical complications at the age of 53. Colleen was born in Grand Junction on February 12,1969 to Jeanne and Laurence DeKruger of Loma Colorado they survive. Colleen attended schools in Loma and Fruita Colorado. She worked in health care most of her life.

Collen is survived by her parents and three beautiful daughters, Tia Pershall (Shelby), Jasmine Espino (Zack) and Jeaneen Espino. She was very proud of how her daughters and loved them very much. Family was everything to Colleen. She was a loving aunt to Scott Kuether (Toni), Corey Kuether (Samantha) and Kelly Kuether-Gallegos (Matt). She loved her siblings Steve DeKruger (Karen), Don DeKruger (Donna), Cheryl Evans, Michelle Williams (Lance) and their children. She had a special place in her heart for her great nephews Kayden and Kevin and great nieces Amelia and Evelyn. She will be greatly missed by her sister-in-law Linda Kuether. Colleen was preceded in death by her brother Kevin Kuether. The love of Colleen's life was her dog Rascal.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 8th at 11:00 AM at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens.
