Kent Polley, 63, Grand Junction, died Sept. 10, 2011, at his home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Martin Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. Burial will follow at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Polley was a Walmart maintenance worker.
Survivors include two daughters, Leslie Haines of Westhaven, N.J. and Deanna Bruno of Golden; two brothers, Craig of Whitewater and Jeff of Rangely; two sisters, Sheryl Covington and Donna Lopez, both of Grand Junction; and five grandchildren.
