Joe was born on April 5, 1946 in Fresno, California from the union of Robert and Evelyn Ballard. He was married to Margaret Kappes and she preceded him in death on February 28, 2021 in Grand Junction.
Joe was a resident of Grand Junction for the past thirty-five years; he was mechanic and enjoyed cars.
Joe leaves behind his nephews, Mike Delaney of Grand Junction, Colorado, Darrel Bahr of Durango, CO, Richard Bahr of Farmington, NM, Ed Bahr of Richfield, UT, Jack Bahr and Wes Oakes both of Grand Junction, CO and a niece, Loretta Sue Brethen and sister Twila Delaney both of Grand Junction, CO.
MR. Ballard also leaves behind several great nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
