Survivors include three sons, Alan of Cedaredge, Alvin of Paonia, and Albert of San Bernardino, California; one daughter, Gidget Hill of Grand Junction; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Jeannine (Rew) Rogers
December 4, 1945 - June 22, 2016
Jeannine was born in Delta, Colorado, the eldest of five children, to Clifford ""Shorty"" and Violet Rew of Paonia, Colorado. She passed away at her home, where she loved to be, at the age of 70.
Jeannine was raised in Paonia and graduated from Paonia High School. She married Alexis ""Chris"" Rogers on December 25, 1964. They were married for 50 years. Jeannine followed her husband doing the worked they enjoyed. They lived in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. In 1995, they returned to Colorado and stated their own business in the gas and oil industry.
Jeannine's biggest passion was her home and the Southwest items she collected to put in it. She truly loved being surrounded by family and friends.
Jeannine is survived by her children, Gidget Hill (Kevin) of Grand Junction; Alan Rogers (Brenda) of Cedaredge; Alvin Rogers (Pam) of Paonia, and Albert Rogers (Pam) of San Bernardino, California. She is also survived by her siblings, Jerold Rew (Sheila) of Silt; Joyce Bonato of Florence; Jace Rew of Florence, and Jacqueline Medina of Canyon City. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chris (8/17/2015) and her parents, Clifford ""Shorty"" and Violet (Cordray) Rew.
There will be a private family gathering to remember Jeannine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Hospice of Grand Junction.
