Iona "Ma" Eloise Hines
January 1, 1900 – January 14, 2021
IN THE CARE OF
Iona Hines or more affectingly known as Ma, was born in January 29, 1919 at Woodward Oklahoma from the union of Earl and Lura Kline. She spent her childhood in Woodard and attended school there.
She married Alex Hines on January 28, 1937 and the couple moved to Colorado, living in Clifton and Palisade.
They had two sons and a daughter, Alex, Quincy and Rita Jo.
Ma worked for School District 51 in food service for thirty-five years. She was a member of the Methodist faith and loved gardening, traveling and needlework.
On January 14, 2021 at the age of 101, Ma passed peacefully at the Eagle Ridge nursing home. She joins her parents, husband Alex, her daughter, three sisters and four brothers in heavenly peace.
