Grace Marie Fitch

Born: 12th of September 1951 in Pueblo Colorado

Died: 8th of December 2021 in Grand Junction Colorado

She was preceded in death by her dad Charles R Adams. She is survived by her mother, Helen I. Pierce Adams, sister Betty Lou Byers (husband Lonnie byers), daughter Erica Fitch, son Edward Fitch (wife Judee Fitch), four grandsons: Tyler Boren, Will Boren, David Fitch, Edward Loren Fitch, and one great-grandson Everett Boren (son of Kyler).

Grace grew up in the Grand Junction area, attended Emerson and Riverside Elementary schools, Orchard Mesa Junior High, and Grand Junction High School. She was a non-denominational Christian and attended two churches: Calvary Bible and Redlands Community, during her time here. She enjoyed raising her two children with Howard Fitch, who she was married to for 46 years. She worked in several occupational fields while raising their children.

She was raised with and lived by Traditional Values including sound morals, and discipline, with a strong work ethic. She believed in a hand up, not a hand out. She believed in hunting for food, not sport, and she enjoyed camping, while raising her children.

Though she hadn't any hobbies she always enjoyed visiting with friends and family and always felt blessed to belong in a family of five generations. Above all, she considered her children to be her greatest achievements.
