Geraldine Rosella Mayhew, 84, Grand Junction, died Sept. 5, 2015, at HopeWest Care Center.
Mrs. Mayhew was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Leon J.; one son, Michael C. of Parachute; one brother, Douglas Engelsen of Gilford, New Hampshire; and one sister, Sally Birkholz of Redfield, South Dakota.
