

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Ms. Wuggazer was a teacher.
Survivors include two daughters, Emily Witte and Noel Singer; four sisters, Virginia Gierke, Helen Olson, Eunice Bremer and Kathy Neuman; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Dori Elizabeth Wuggazer
August 22, 1925 - July 16, 2015
Dori Wuggazer, 89, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away peacefully in the care of HopeWest Hospice.
Dori was born in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada on August 22, 1925, to Henry and Erna Kuring. She was a Lutheran school teacher for most her adult life, eventually moving to Grand Junction with the Rev. Martin Wuggazer when she received a call to serve as principal at Messiah Lutheran Church and School. In recent years Dori was well-known for her involvement with St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church where she was very active as the organist, choir director, Sunday school teacher, and with the ladies' guild. Dori was also an avid quilter.
Dori is survived by her daughters, Emily Witte and Noel Singer; grandchildren, Michael Witte, Alex Witte, and Jennifer Decker-Hicks; five great-grandchildren, and her sisters, Virginia Gierke, Helen Olson, Eunice Bremer, and Kathy Neuman.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Grand Junction, Colorado.
