Declan Michael Roberts, infant, Clifton, died July 21, 2016, at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
Visitation will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Seth Roberts and Patricia Sandoval of Clifton; one brother, Mason Roberts of Clifton; and his grandparents, Terry and Sherri Roberts, Ralph Sandoval and Barbara Camacho, all of Grand Junction.
