Charlotte May “Char” Phillips, 87, Grand Junction, died Aug. 23, 2015, at HopeWest Hospice Care Center.

Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker.

No services will take place.

Survivors include one daughter, Nancy Deter of Mancos; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
