Jeremiah Jack and Constance Noon. Kaelin was a friend, Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle and
Cousin who loved to help any who were in need, left us all much too soon Tuesday, October 24,
2023 in Spokane, Washington.
Kaelin was named in honor of both of his grandfathers, "Isaac Jack Jr." & "John Baptiste Noon",
Kaelin’s Indian name was Asini Awasis, Rock Child. His Grandfather John Baptisie Noon named
him in a sweat lodge ceremony in the summer of 2005 on a visit to Saskatchewan.
A brilliant student, Kaelin attended "Paschal Sherman Indian School" in Okanogan County,
Washington, "Pratt Academy" in Spokane, Washington, and achieved his GED early at "Next
Generation Zone" in Spokane, Washington. Kaelin had wished to attend college in Texas to
study game design. Kaelin was a gamer and his cousins Warren and Lee will attest to that
statement.
A member of Confederated Tribes of the Colville, with dual citizenship in both the United
States and Canada, Kaelin was proud of his Nez Perce and Cree ancestry.
Kaelin enjoyed physical activities such as playing basketball and hiking in the out-of-doors, as
well as interactive video games such as "Naruto", his cell phone and activities which required
problem solving...one of his favorites being "Rubik’s Cube."
Kaelin's greatest love was that time spent with his family, particularly his Grandpa Isaac. Kaelin
would walk to his Grandfather's house in Spokane, just to spend time interacting. His
grandfather always enjoyed these times and never failed to comment on how intelligent Kaelin
