Steve L. Sivosky

Steve L. Sivosky, 89, of Flint, peacefully passed away at home July 17, 2013. Steve honorably served his country during WWII as a member of the Army. He was stationed in Panama. He loved vacationing with family, golf, and being outdoors. He was an active member of the township government and an avid volunteer with the Genesee County VSA (Very Special Arts). Steve was a building and masonry contractor for the majority of his life. He took great pride in his work. He is survived by his wife Donna of 65 years; sister, Helen of Kokomo, IN; children, Randee (David) Pieper, Nancy Busch, Lisa (Bruce) Lirones, and Donald Sivosky; grandchildren, Kelsey, Eric, Lauren, Brett, Luke, Jordon, Nick, and Molly. Visitation will be held at the BROWN FUNERAL HOME 1480 E. Hill Rd. Grand Blanc, from 2 pm – 5 pm and 6 pm – 9 pm, Friday, July 19, 2013, with a prayer service beginning at 6 pm. Steve will be buried at Glenwood Cemetery, Flint. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VSA Michigan – Genesee County or www.cruisingforacure.org (pancreatic cancer).
