Philip Dennis Fox – age 45, passed away on July 13, 2019. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 2pm-8pm at Hill Funeral Home – 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Philip was born January 22, 1974 to Raymond and Nancy Ostrander in Lapeer, Michigan. Philip attended Lapeer schools graduating from Lapeer East High School in 1992. He later attended Mott Community College earning his associates degree. Philip worked as a lab technician for the Oakland County Road Commission since January of 2019 and for AJAX Paving prior to that. Philip leaves behind a wife Kim; two children, Tyler and Emily; three step-children: Devontae, Ronzell, and Kimora; his father Raymond Fox; two brothers, Derrick and Dennis; and a host of other family and friends.
