She and her husband of 27 years, Carl Marshall, raised a family in New Orleans and Covington, Louisiana. Thereafter, she was a long time resident of Grand Blanc, Michigan and recently moved to Alpharetta, Georgia to be near her children and grandchildren. Morgan (David), in Marietta, Georgia and was a loving grandmother to Rob, Valerie, Alex and Macaila Marshall and Jack and Carly Morgan as well as step-grandchildren Brittany and Cortnie Alter. As the last surviving member of her generation of the Olson family, she survived her brothers Robert and Arthur Olson and her sister Phyllis Platt as well as her eleven first cousins. She also survived the long time love of her life, Ted Routley. Six nieces, three nephews, two grandnieces and six grandnephews will remember her fondly.
