Jeanne was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Francis (Frank) and Marie (Murphy) Mosher.
She attended parochial school for 12 years, where she discovered her deep devotion to Catholicism. After graduating from St. Ambrose High School in Detroit, she became a radiation therapy technician. After marriage, moving to Grand Rapids, Michigan, and while raising two daughters, she continued to work as a radiation therapy technician and then received her accreditation in dosimetry, calibrating radiation treatments for cancer patients. Once she retired, she moved to her dream house by a river “up North,” a retirement plan cherished by many Michiganders.
And then, Jeanne really got busy.
A lover of life and learning, she traveled, enjoyed music, attended the symphony, books, French, cats, church, and the pursuit of happiness. Despite some health challenges, she managed them without complaint, and filled her life with aiding the sick and elderly, cheering the lonely and isolated, staying fit, socializing with her friends, and practicing her faith. She loved family gatherings, and always volunteered to help family members move. A bright spirit, Jeanne greeted each day with joy and energy.
She is cherished in the memories of her daughter, Heather (Arsulowicz) Lynch (Ed) and her children, Bailey and Ryan Lynch; daughter, Michelle (Arsulowicz) Wilhelm (James) and her children, Sophia, Alex, and Elise Wilhelm; her grandchildren by love: Sarah, Lilianna, and Adam David (children of Scott and Rose David) and Nate, Drew, and Julia Kovacs (children of Meaghan and Matt Kovacs); sisters, Kathleen and Marguerite Mosher; cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and countless admirers.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Alice (Mosher) Ward, her former husband Gregory Arsulowicz.
A visitation for Jeanne will be held Wednesday, July 24, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, Michigan, 48439. A funeral mass will occur at 11:00 am with a short visitation prior at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 25, at St. Rita Catholic Church, 209 East Maple Street, Holly, Michigan, 48442.
