Glen E. Taylor

TAYLOR, Glen E. – age 88 passed on November 25, 2016 in Grand Blanc, MI. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1 PM at Hill Funeral Home – 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, MI. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 11 AM – 8 PM and Friday, December 2, 2016 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Hill Funeral Home. Glen was born on April 20, 1928 in Aurora, Missouri to the late Jesse and Bessie (Stoddard) Taylor. Glen graduated from Bendle High School. He served his country in the United States Army in Okenowa. For over 30 years, Glen worked and retired from Grand Blanc Fisher Body. He was an avid golfer, who loved relaxing and enjoying life with his family. Glen is survived by his children: Julie (Darwin) Campbell, Kristen Taylor, Peter (Anna) Plummer, and Mark (Meg) Plummer; grandchildren: Melissa (Eric) Thompson, Christopher Campbell, Dylan Taylor, and Jordan Plummer; great-grandchildren: Avannah Thompson and Rilynn Thompson; brothers: Robert Taylor and Ted Taylor; sister: Norma Jean Pippin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Joyce Taylor; parents, Jesse and Bessie Taylor; sisters: Dorthalee and Ethelene; granddaughter, Taylor Campbell.
