Donald L. Harvey

Donald L. Harvey, age 85, of Linden, Michigan passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Donald was born on September 14,1937 in Flint, Michigan to the late Donald and Evelyn Harvey. Upon graduating from Flint Technical High School Donald worked for General Motors for over 30 years in upper management. Donald was very talented in many ways, the building of the grandfather clocks and ships are just a couple of the many things that Donald loved to do and also cheering for his favorite football team the Detroit Lions. Donald was man of history he was a member of the Civil war reenactment group in which he participated in. Loving father, grandfather and friend Donald will be missed dearly. Donald is survived by his daughters, Tamora (Gary) Bowman, Riesa ( William) Hole and Valerie (Jeffery) Valentine; 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents, Donald and Evelyn Harvey; brother Charles Harvey; wife Lois Harvey.; daughter Marsha K, Shaw; grandson Jeremy Addison and great granddaughter Karie Bowman. A funeral visitation for Donald will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
