Daisy Hall, age 94 of Flint, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018. She was born on September 6, 1923 in Stithians, Cornwall, England to parents William and Olive (Webster) Curnow. For many years Daisy helped run her husband’s business, John W. Hall Plumbing and Heating, and she later worked as a secretary at Martin Elementary in the Flint School System. She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Altar Guild. Daisy enjoyed photography, fishing in Canada, playing cards, Yahtzee, and telling stories. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Daisy is survived by her children: Marcia (Ronald) Graves and Randall Hall; grandchildren: Daniel (Kathryn) Lauderbaugh, Timothy (Brenda) Lauderbaugh, Gregory (Annie) Lauderbaugh, Scott (Leslie) Lauderbaugh, Ian Hall, Evan (Teddy) Hall; step grandchildren: Carla LaBambard, Ryan Graves and their families; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; siblings: James Curnow, Grace Gray; sisters-in-law: Virlena Curnow, Charlena Mason, and Beatrice Emery; brother-in-law, Eldon Hall; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Hall; son-in-law, Arthur Lauderbaugh; siblings: William Curnow, and Rose Sherbino. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 25, 2018 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 1922 Iowa Ave., Flint. Reverend Dr. Jay Gantz officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 4-8pm at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, and again on Friday at the church, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1pm. Interment will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to St. Andrew’s Ministries in Daisy’s name.
