She was born in Seoul, Korea on August 1, 1940.
After graduating from EWHA Women’s University, and studying Nutrition at Indiana University, Sue spent her life bringing healthfulness to those in her world as a Registered Dietitian.
Every person who met Sue, without exception, said that they had never met anyone with such a sweet and gentle spirit; and, that she was a blessing.
She was ‘extraordinary’ in every way and will be sorely missed.
Sue is survived by her Beloveds: husband Henry, daughter Mee, son-in-law Scott; and,
her absolute passion was her granddaughter, Nicole, who she adored and loved deeply.
A memorial service will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Saturday November 2, 2019 at 1:30pm.
