SHANE D. SMITH, 50, of Orlando, FL passed away on May 21, 2011 at Health Central. He was born on November 15, 1960 in Greenfield, MA. Shane was a chef at several restaurants at Disney for 15 years. He was known for his sense of humor and his golf swing. Survivors include his wife, Karen Jones; mother, Sandra Anderson; sisters, Sharlene Bedsole and Shawne Osip and many nieces and nephews.
