Sandy was born in Orlando on January 6, 1953 to Benjamin and Evelyn Crosby. She graduated from Edgewater High School in 1970, and later from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Mom, “RoRo”, sister, friend, and neighbor are just a few of the titles she held. No one was as hard of a worker as Sandy. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and everything she did was done with excellence. She was always willing to help a friend or neighbor but preferred to be working quietly behind the scenes.
Sandy will be missed greatly by her family, friends, and everyone who knew her. She is survived by her children, Ashley Temple Gauthier (Steve) and Andrew Temple; grandsons Benjamin and William Gauthier; brother David (Sharon) Crosby of Hickory, NC; sister Joyce Paben Crosby of Hickory, NC; nephews and nieces Chris Crosby, Carin Margiotta, Erin Porter, Scott Doan, and Jeff Doan. Sandy was predeceased by her father Benjamin Clemson Crosby, Sr.; mother Evelyn Crosby; brother Benjamin Clemson Crosby, Jr.
