Peggy Winstead, of The Woodlands, TX finished her journey peacefully on January 19, 2022. She was born September 23, 1933 to the late, Clyde Burnette and Bertha Burnette of Winter Garden, FL. On May 24, 1952 she married her high school sweetheart Edward Winstead and shared the rest of her life with him and together they had three children. Peggy was a faithful woman who loved the Lord and her family. She was a church pianist, and sang in the Church choir. Peggy enjoyed cruising and most important to her was loving on newborn grandbabies. Peggy was preceded in death by first child Victoria. She is survived by her husband Ed; her children Gary (Samantha) and Wendy; her grandchildren Brandon, Christopher, Olivia, Bailey, Caroline, Jack & Avery. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Kira, Kayden, Graham, Reese, Aubree & Rylee. A Funeral Service will be held in her honor at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 1pm with committal service to follow.
