Joy loved her children and animals. She enjoyed fishing, being on the boat and St. John’s River.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dozier and Billie DeVane; brother, Dozier DeVane, Jr., and her brother, Billy DeVane.
Survivors include her sons, Frank Anthony Verigan and Alan Frederick Verigan and his fiance’ Mandee Staub; 5 grandchildren; 3 nieces, Joelle DeVane, Teresa DeVane, Selena Balkin, and Gina DeVane-Romero; nephew, Billie DeVane, and a host of cousins and extended family members.
Graveside services will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in her honor to Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home to assist with covering final expenses.
