Margaret “Peggy” Hall Clay, 88, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014 surrounded by her family in Orlando, Florida. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 31, 1925 and after marrying her husband, John Clay she relocated to Orlando in 1948 where she has resided ever since.
Margaret worked at Sun Trust Bank where she was loved by her customers and coworkers for many years before eventually retiring. She managed to keep busy during her retirement gardening, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. Margaret also found pleasure in delivering "Meals on Wheels".
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Clay.
Margaret is survived by one daughter, two sons, and their spouses, Kathy and Mark Kramer, Ken Clay, Don and Jasmin Clay and four grandsons.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home at 9am, Monday, June 2, 2014 with a service at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Alzheimer's Foundation or American Cancer Society
