She was born in Centerville Nova Scotia on Sept. 02 1932
She was married to Captain Henry E. Harris Jr. on Sept 1973
Jean Harris was the ultimate domestic engineer that was employed early in
her life in the clerical department of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and
later on at the Seaside Regional Institute in Connecticut before returning back to
being a homemaker and caring for the communities she resided in.
She had a passion for helping and caring for everyone in and beyond her social
orbit as she always had a plan A and B for making the best out of any situations.
Well known for her business model of "taking on City Hall" which in most cases yielded positive
results for her family, friends, and community.
