Larry Nelson Lowe

Larry was the loving spouse of Vicky Lowe, whom he married in 1978. He was a devoted father to Leanne DeTommaso(Carlo), Jill Davis(Eric), and Amy Bell(Charles), and a cherished grandfather to his five grandchildren, Annie, Sophia, Sarah, Chloe and Chaz. He also had two great grandchildren that he adored, Remi and Zoey.

Larry was the beloved son of Jesse and Julia Lowe, and brother of Stephen Lowe(Jean), and David Lowe(Debra).

Larry attended Boone High School and graduated in 1959. He went on to work at Raybro/CED until his retirement in 2005.

One of Larry's passions in life was sports, and he enjoyed serving as a well respected football and basketball official for over 25 years. There truly wasn't anything he couldn't do when he had an interest. He had his pilot's license, was a jewelry maker, raised exotic birds, loved cooking, photography, his home in the mountains, and his lake house.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A private funeral service will be held for family.
