Julie Marie Pagan, 92, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on Dec. 12, 2015. She is survived by her son, Kevin and daughter, Lesley (Joseph) Ameres; 4 nephews, 4 nieces and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1994 and her sisters, Ava, Clarissa and Marjorie. Julie was a professional singer who sang for the troops during WWII and in Washington DC at the USO. In the pre-TV era of Nightclubs and Big Bands of the 1940s, Julia sang professionally under the stage name Judy Gaye, headlining for the band The Gotham Men. She retired to marry Frank Pagan, a Cartoonist who drew adventure strips during the Golden Age of Comics and then went into advertising. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday at 11am at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
