There are no words to describe boss other then the light of the room . 411 pain was my first job. I was the youngest in the call center and after 10 short months of working there he had faith in me, faith to be able to run his call-center also known as his baby and I was promoted to call center manager. I was back-and-forth a lot living a military life and no matter what, he always wanted me to return  working in his call-center when I moved back to Orlando. I have never, and will never meet such an amazing person who was so family oriented and always took care of those who took care of him. You will forever be missed. My heart goes out to momma & the whole family.

We had many summer picnic with all aunts uncles and cousins each summer weekend picnics together.
From breakfast to dinner time as cousins we played while adults played cards or just socialize.
It was away to drive out of hot city to have family time at a lake.
The families memories are unforgettable. 
Wonderful times with great memories.

My deepest condolences to the Russo family. I am deeply saddened by the news of joe passing. I will always remember that first day I met Joe. I went in for a job interview and the first thing he said to me was “ damn your tall” we laughed and than he asked me do you speak Spanish I said yes than he said you are hire. The fast and best interview ever. After that I became an employee for 411 pain for 12 years and learned so much from him. I became part of the family atmosphere that he always gave us. Taught me how to be a leader and to believe in me. I will always remember how generous he was to all of the employees and how he was always there for everyone.

I grew up in the Russo house.  Ida, Freddy, Joey, Judy and Camille my pal. Later on came Doreen. They were my second family. There was always love and laughter in that household.  Joey was such a teaser,  great dancer and always had my back like a big brother! May your warm memories surround you all and bring you comfort.  Rest in Peace Joey.

There are no words to describe the tremendous loss this life will feel at this moment. Joe - you watched me grow at 411 and APT. The talks we had - from work to life to religion - have been and will always be etched in my heart and soul. You treated my son - when he went to work with me - like family. My son - has prayed for you every single day since we found out you were not well. He also said he will see you again in the palace that awaits all of us. Thank you for always checking up on me even when we didnt work together side by side.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Russo family. Throughout my time working at Florida Injury, I will always remember Senior as a person who always had a positive attitude &  happy spirit. He was a caring person wanting to make sure everyone was good.I will always remember him walking through the office making sure all was well & then he would say “ I am bored so I am leaving for the day headed to the casino to win some money “.

Hi he was always having fun with all his family and cousins especially at our summer family picnics. 
I remember walking by him and 
eating my ice cream. He suddenly challenged me who can eat there ice cream the fastest. Always fun and games. 
I lost the challenged but it was always fun summer times at picnics.

My condolences to the family I have one fun story with JR we we’re at the track and I asked if he has any horses he told me sure these are my pics not too many of them but he has a couple as the day progressed I went put the beds in early and sat and watched all the trainers owners will come by the table and give JR advice on certain horses are running and I guess he changed it back because I walked out of there five times the amount of what I went in with and he told me that it the next person comes to him and gives advice and he talks to them to slap him Joe you’re gonna be greatly missed you are one of a kind with that smile you are always a gentleman and a real man miss you love you Polak

I was devastated to hear of the passing of  Mr. Joe Russo aka "Senior" to many.  I will never forget your kindness & generosity shown to me during my pregnancy at Florida Injury. I remember you would always ask about the progress of my pregnancy. After you learned I didn't have any items for the baby, you along with my coworkers made sure I had everything I needed and  more.  I remember opening the gift card from you and was blown away with your love shown to me and my son.  I went from not having anything to having all he  needed and more. I will never forget your smile and sweet spirit walking through the office. The Russo family has lost a rare jewel. Sending my prayers for strength and deepest sympathy to the Russo family.

My sincere condolences to the Russo Family. We were friends for over 25 years. We hit it off the first day we met. I would always introduce him as JR but to me he was Joe. We  had so many good memories, too many to mention . We were always laughing even when things didn’t go our way. We bought a selective pawn business that  gave loans  for diamonds. The seller gave us the stones and we gave him the money . They were all individually wrapped in tissue paper and were in envelopes with the size of the stone , the amount of the loan and the customers name . We were given a loop
To look at all the stones before we bought them. After Joe and I inspected the stones we gave the money to the seller and put them in a safety deposit box. We were supposed to get 25% interest on the loans. We were very excited but got concerned after a month when we weren’t receiving the payments. We decided to take the stones to a jeweler who told us they were glass. We got duped. We laughed about this the past 25 years. Anytime we’re with people that know the story if we pass by something shiny on the ground they quickly say to us “Do you have your loop”.  We hadn’t seen each other much these past few years. Joe was my dear friend who always had my back till the day he passed. Rest In Peace my Dear Friend 🙏. You will be missed but never forgotten 💔

Oh No! J R told me 4weeks ago that we would be friends for lifeThis was no ordernary man  Eating a meal, landing a fish or doing everyday business Joe was special and I always felt honored to know him. Holy Shit JR is 40, at Boca Raton Fl. quite a birthday party. My love extends to all family members even the ones I never met. Who could ever forget Joe yelling at the T.V. if a horse or basketball team was not performing up to his expectations. I remember mother Ida saying cut out the piss eyes when somebody was crying. Sorry I just can't stop. sorry for the bad spelling and grammar, I just had foot surgery and I am tied to a wheelchair for 9 weeks. LOVE: Lester Kohn, 908-418-2655

My deepest sympathy to the family of JR. I am the son of Michael Marziotto from Kew Gardens, New York.  My Dad knew JR's dad and my dad introduced me to JR about 45 years ago.
We ironically met up in Miami and then again in Orlando at the racetrack. 
My dad always said, there are not too many good men in this country, but for sure "JR" was one of them.
I will deeply miss seeing and talking with him at the racetrack. I know JR will see my Dad in heaven. God Bless, I love you.

Met JR in egland afb and realized we knew the same friends in ny. Enjoyed his company for the 12 months I was there. Luciky for me we met again at the jai alai and met Doreen his beautiful wife. Met mostly at the arena and spoke weekly. Always asked if I needed money or other things. Enjoyed speaking with him. I will deeply miss him

I have so many fond  memories of my wonderful friend  J R. We are like brothers always. How can anyone put into words how much Joey did for everyone. One funny thing Joey did was let me leg wrestle with his father who was called Freddie green because he was a great pool player. We let wrestled five times and I lost every time I was so upset Joey would say my dad is stronger than you. Later that night I said one more time mr. Russo he said ok as we started I saw mr Russo holding on to the bottom of the couch and we all laughed and Joey said let's go to the diner and I said your treat he said of course I will miss my good friend for ever May zGod bless him good by JR your ar peace now.
