Jack graduated from Warrensburg High School in Missouri and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Orlando College.
He was married to Diana C. Gallina on April 1, 1965. Jack served 7 and a half years in the United States Air Force. He had a career in management of computer maintenance and electronics for Walt Disney World and Digital Equipment Corporation. He was a member of the American Legion and Boy Scouts of America. Jack had a passion for camping, cruising and fishing.
He also was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he served a two year mission in the Northwest United States.
Jack is survived by his wife, Diana; children, Richard Hoffman, Nancy (Howard) Irvine and Susan (Scott) Walter; grandchildren, Kyle and Emma Irvine, Brooke and Aspen Walter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving and Naomi Hoffman and siblings, Dorine Hanks, Blaine Evans, Rex Kelly, Pat Kelly and Saundra Parish.
A visitation for Jack will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4020 S Bumby Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806. A funeral service will occur immediately follow the viewing, also at the church. A committal service will occur Monday, November 13, 2023 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
