Dorothy E. (Riddle) Pace, age 80, of Winter Garden, Florida and formerly of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, died peacefully on March 29. She was the daughter of the late Albert L. and Jessie (Allen) Riddle. Dorothy was known as Dotty, sister, auntie, friend, and nana. She found much happiness in helping and serving others and also in volunteering with her church family as well as in her community. In her later years, what would become her greatest joy, was in spending as much time as she could with her great grandchildren.
She was a Loving and devoted mother and is survived by her three children, Diane (Pace) Bite of Lancaster, CA, Jimmy Pace of Lockhart, FL, and Billy Pace of Fort Pierce,FL. Dedicated Grandmother of Samantha (Pace) Virella and her husband Jose Virella of Ocoee, FL. Adoring Great Grandmother of Emmanuel Virella, Elisa Virella, Evaeha Virella, and Esamuel Virella of Ocoee, FL. Sister of Albert L. Riddle and his wife Kate of Merrimack, NH, Brian Riddle and his wife Joan of Grimes, IA, Arlene Pappalardo of Naples, FL, William Riddle of Tewksbury, MA, and Michael Riddle of Wilmington, MA. She is predeceased by Cynthia (Riddle) Lefebvre, Arthur Riddle, Carol (Riddle) Kenyon, Joan (Riddle) Pollard, and Charles Riddle, and by her loving husband Bernard J. Pace. Dorothy also leaves many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family members and friends. She will be missed, but will always be remembered so warmly in our hearts and with the deepest of love and fondness.
Services will be at Glad Tidings Church 2009 Fullers Cross Road Ocoee, FL, 34761. Viewing will be from 9-11 am at the church followed by a closed casket service at 11 am. Following the church service, graveside services will start at 1:30 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd Gotha, FL 34734, PH. 407-293-1361. Lunch will be provided after all services at Glad Tidings Church.
